Ordering is quick and easy. Please fill out the form on the left and a quotation will be sent containing all the relevant costs and instructions needed to order. Alternatively, please call us on 0861 ANIMAL (264625) or contact us via the Contact Us page.
Prices are subject to change, due to exchange rate fluctuations so customers should please ensure they have the current price list.
Shipping
We deliver to most destinations in South Africa and offer an economy courier service as well as Speed Service delivery to street addresses, PO Boxes and Post Office counters with an average delivery time of between 1-3 days to major and regional destinations Monday to Friday. Remote destinations may take slightly longer. Delivery takes place during working hours Monday to Friday. Alternative shipping/postal arrangements can be made with prior arrangement. The cost of delivery is dependent on the size/weight of the order as well as your location and we will quote you the best price/service. Tracking details are sent automatically to customers upon dispatch.
Export orders can be shipped via courier or by air, sea or road freight according to the customer’s requirements.
Orders are shipped from Johannesburg, Gauteng and customers are free to collect orders using their own courier or freight forwarding company.
Payment
Payment clearance is generally required prior to order dispatch. Government departments should enquire regarding payment terms (Animal Handling Support Systems is a BEE compliant Level 4 supplier). Our bank account details are contained on our quotation/proformas and invoices. Electronic transfers or cheque deposits are preferred methods of payment.
Stock availability is generally immediate exception for Tele-Dart Remote Injection Equipment
and orders will usually be shipped 24-48 hours following payment receipt Monday-Friday.
Guarantees & Returns
Animal Handling Support Systems supplies quality international products and guarantees all of its products against manufacturing defects and honours manufacturer’s warranties. We do not accept responsibility for incorrect usage, handling or repairs by unauthorized persons or agents which will void any manufacturer’s guarantee. Defective equipment must be reported to Animal Handling Support Systems within 5 days of delivery. Goods will be considered for return with prior authorization..

Animal Handling Support Systems does not make any guarantees or take or accept any responsibility or liability for any claim or injury or damage of any kind resulting from any incident directly or indirectly associated with the use, or attempted use of any of its equipment or products or information. Except as provided herein, Animal Handling Support Systems makes no express warranties, and denies any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
